I recommend that he be immediately brought up-to-date on the local rules and regulations and be provided with a copy of the Los Angeles County Ordinance. I also recommend that he should be provided with a local assistant who is familiar with the Los Angeles County Ordinance who can help him settle through his initial days at the job and ensure that the ordinance is being followed.
